This is a 50th-anniversary vinyl LP pressing of White Album by The Beatles. The English rock band originally released their ninth studio album on November 22, 1968, via Apple Records. Produced by George Martin, the album is recognised for its fragmentary style and diverse range of genres, including folk, British blues, ska, music hall, proto-metal and avant-garde. The album features 30 songs, 19 of which were written during March and April 1968 at a Transcendental Meditation course in Rishikesh, India. The album has been certified 24× platinum by the RIAA. The album was also included in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.
