About This Product

This is a 50th-anniversary vinyl LP pressing of The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd. The English rock band originally released their eighth studio album on March 1, 1973, via Harvest Records. The self-produced album brought Pink Floyd international fame, wealth and plaudits to all four band members. In 2012, the album was selected for preservation in the United States National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant". It was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1999.
