Ibanez MDB5-OXB Mike DAntonio Signature 4-String Bass, Oxblood Weathered Black

Ibanez introduced the MDB5 solid body electric bass back in 2022. Best known for his work with the metalcore band Killswitch Engage, this is the fifth signature model for American bassist Mike D'Antonio and was made in Indonesia. Replacing the previous model, MDB4, the MDB5 features a Destroyer series okume body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with a seven-pointed star logo at the twelfth fret. Components include a pair of Seymour Duncan passive bass pickups with a J-bass pickup at the bridge and a P-bass pickup at the neck, an Accu-cast fixed bridge, a plastic nut and Ibanez tuning machines. Controls consist of a master volume and a balancer on the front along with a master tone control on the rear cavity cover.
