About This Product
Ibanez introduced the GWB25TH in 2019, a five-string solid-body electric bass designed as a signature model for American jazz fusion bassist Gary Willis. Crafted in Indonesia as part of the Premium line, this bass is also recognized as the GWB25TH in the US market. The GWB25TH features an ash top on an SR series double-cutaway ash body bolted to a maple neck with a fretless ebony fingerboard with offset white dot position markers. Components include a custom Bartolini passive soapbar bass pickup with a Bartolini preamp with a two-band EQ, a standard bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, a removable finger rest/ramp, a plastic nut and Gotoh tuners with custom Sure Grip buttons.
